Description: Not sure how to describe this thing. I've never seen this arrangement before. The speaker's mounting holes are on 8" diameter. The mounting holes for the assembly are on 12" diameter. I don't know if it was designed this way originally or used the adapter because of wartime parts shortages. I consider it a novelty. I warrant the speaker to be as described when you receive it. There is no additional warranty due to age. Check my feedback. I describe accurately, pack safely, and ship quickly.
