Description: VTG Metal Christmas Tree Stand Green Adjustable Cone Wide Legs 25" Across Heavy Great vintage, heavy metal stand weighs over 5 pounds. It's a great design. The cone tree holder has a spike inside the bottom to help support the tree, and three screw-in bolts to really secure it. At the bottom, the cone part is a ball that fits into the socket of the stand, allowing almost infinite adjustment to correct for the tilt of the tree. Cone part has 4 inch interior diameter at the top, tapering a bit at the bottom. Cone is about 6.5 inches deep, allowing for quite a bit of the trunk to be inside of it. Total height from the ground is about 9.5 inches tall. Spread of legs is 25 inches. Each of the four legs extends 9.5 inches from the base, for a very sturdy stand. I have disassembled the stand and oiled the rusty bolts for your ease of assembly, but I have not cleaned or painted the stand, as you may prefer it with a vintage patina or choose to do some painting yourself.
