Probably dates to the late 1940’s or early 1950’s based on the materials. The stitching was all done by hand, it was hand packed and the face looks to be made from a stress rubber material and than painted. Very rare to find these in this great of condition as they were given to babies to tear up. This one was never in the hand of a baby! It’s in excellent condition.
