Description: No stains, holes or blemishes anywhere that I noticed on this AWESOME vintage skirt!! I’d keep it if it fit me… lol!! PLEASE REFER TO THE PICS FOR AN IDEA OF SIZE!!! The tag says 31, but I don’t think it would actually BE 31… Took measurements with it laying flat and think it would actually be a little smaller than that. It’s a wrap skirt that functions via buttons which are all there and accounted for. Has a fringe along the one edge of the wrap, not around the bottom hem. SUPER colorful and would match soooooo many tops!! JUAT MAKE SURE TO LOOK AT THE MEASUREMENTS!!!
