Description: This is used with all packaging present. It has been tested and does not work, unfortunately. When batteries are placed in it, nothing lights up. I'm not sure what the cause of this is, it may be loose wiring inside the unit, but there is no external indication of why it is not functioning. There is no damage the to handheld unit, nor to the packaging. The box has been flattened. The manual has all pages present and has not been written in. All print is in Japanese; this was brought over on a visit from a friend. Please refer to the pictures and feel free to let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!
