Description: My grandma wore this stunning hat in the 1940s. It is a beautiful multi-color green, red/orange, fuschia mix with blue soutache style adornment. The trim isn't actually soutache, but it looks like twisted yarn, attached to the hat with fine gold thread in a swirling design. The very end of the trim needs to be stitched down (see last picture.) It also has rhinestone decorations (some missing - where you can see small white areas in the pictures - but these could be replaced.) It has a (torn) red veil and grosgrain ribbon bow. Inside red lining and red grosgrain ribbon band. Size 22. Needs to be blocked. Inside tag says "Bullock's Lakewood." Be sure to carefully examine all pictures using the zoom feature, as they are an integral part of the description and show exactly what you will be purchasing. Returns are accepted in same condition as received by buyer, but buyer pays shipping both ways.
