I have no direct knowledge of this item. The material is still nice and stretchy including the elastic edges. No rips, tears or fraying, zipper works great. Says size 36 Measurements laying flat are estimated: Length from top to hem of skirt about 20.5", waist is about 12", and under arm area is hard to measure because the breast area is pleated but i'm getting about 15".
