Description: WIRCO 9" Round Griddle. It has a nice embossed handle. It is free of cracks and chips and does not sit flat. It has been stripped in a lye bath, cleaned and seasoned twice with Crisco in a 500 degree oven. Measurements: 9 3/4" across the top, 8 3/4" cooking surface and is 1/4" deep. It is a used piece and does have utensil marks, which will fill in with use. The cooking surface is in very nice condition.
