Vintage Pairpoint Glass lead crystal cup plates are works of art that feature intricate designs and decorative elements not commonly found on modern glass. The artisan created a steel mold with hammer and chisel for each intricate design, and then hand-pressed molten glass into the engraved mold using an antique press. Each cup plate has the artisan's initials and the Pairpoint trademark embedded within the design.
