CONDITION20 are in "Like New" (near mint/excellent condition). 6 are in Very Good condition & 1 is just Good condition.) All 27 include the order form & envelope. There is an address label on the back of most of the 27 catalogues. The 6 rated "Very Good" condition have minor flaws, such as common signs of handling: very minor corner wear; a couple have "dog ear" corners (hardly noticeable); one has unusual creasing on the cover caused by the original printing roll. One, rated only "Good" condition because 7 pages of this one have with a description circled in pen. Finally, one has a tiny 1" by 1/16" tear on the side of back cover. I am the original owner - stored all these years in my pet-free home.
