Description: This retired vintage BARSE necklace is comprised of a sterling silver cross gemstone pendant suspended on a black leather chain (adjustable from 18" to 20") with a sterling silver closure. This necklace was made in the USA before the company began manufacturing in Thailand and in China. The cross pendant features 925 sterling silver backed bezel-set deep pink rose quartz along with accents of aqua-blue turquoise pieces, and outlined with a "rope" design. The cross is affixed to a black leather braided neck chain. The cross pendant has a 3" drop and is 1 1/2" wide. Please study the photos taken next to a ruler and between a dime and a quarter coin to better understand the sizes of these pieces. The pendant and chain are stamped "C" (copyright) "Barse" and "925", and the lobster-claw clasp is stamped "925". This necklace weighs 21 grams. This necklace set is pre-owned so shows some wear but overall it is in excellent condition as there are no cracks in the stones and the settings are secure (not loose) and the leather chain and closure have no defects. This set has a soft patina (light tarnish) so the new owner might want to polish the pieces (we don't polish our sterling silver pieces). NOTE!
