The necklace is adjustable in length (total length is about 24"), with a string and bead, and can be worn by men and women. This piece is for someone who appreciate ethnic and BOHO styles, and this necklace is a simple but a noticeably authentic tribal piece. Condition is very good except that one tip is frayed (see photos) but in my opinion doesn't detract. Also the necklace can be worn on either side as shown but on one side the shells tip up more than when worn on the other. I love the simplicity of this necklace. Can be worn close as a choker or longer, and even as an arm or ankle band with some adjustments to the string.I accept returns. #A
