Description: Up for sale is a fine vintage Stanley No. 6 type 10 fore plane. Or small jointer, if you prefer. Manufactured between 1907 and 1909. Two patent dates behind the frog. It's in excellent condition with a smooth and flat sole and near perfect japanning. The rosewood handle and tote are free of damage and have nice grain and color. The cutter is an entirely solid Millers Falls replacement. Still pretty sharp, too. It's as good a user as one can find. The photos are a critical part of the item description.
