Description: Figure and weapon accessories are brand new, and figure has never been removed from the card, although the bubble and card have some condition issues. The backer card has a few creases and the hang tab on it is torn. The bubble itself has a hole and a few cracks toward the bottom and the bubble has started to separate from the backer card. I listed this as used because although the figure is still brand new the mini comic book that comes in the package appears to have previously been taken out and shows signs of wear in the form of creases on the covers and a few small stains on the top of the pages. Overall, the figure is still nice and very presentable in its current condition.
