Slade operated "Slade Art Studio" on Broadway in Chelsea, Massachusetts, in the first half of the 20th century. Mr. Slade also exhibited his photographic work at the 1934 Toronto Salon of Photography and the 1935 Annual Photographic Salon in Portland, Maine, among others.
