It was released by Mosser in 1976 to commemorate the American Bicentennial celebration. The paperweight is a miniature liberty bell, with the crack and top frame. It is embossed on the side "1776 - 1976." It has a Mosser mark embossed on the bottom. This paperweight is about 3.25 inches tall and has a diameter of 3 inches at the base. It is in EXCELLENT CONDITION! There are no chips, cracks, scratches or discoloration. It is BEAUTIFUL!
