When I switched it to radio, I got a faint station with static. I live in a very small town and always have trouble getting reception. The turntable turns, but when we put the needle on the record the sound did not go through the speaker. This is being sold as is. There are some scuffs and missing color on the case as well as tarnishing on the metal. PLEASE LOOK CAREFULLY AT ALL 12 PICTURES AS PART OF THE DESCRIPTION AND TO DETERMINE THE ACTUAL CONDITION.
