It has an awesome mohawk and the eye and mouth holes are open. I put black fabric over the mannequin head to make the photos look better. Props used to help the mask stand are not included with purchase. From the top of the head to the bottom of the beard, measures 19", the mohawk adds another 3" to the length. It fits a normal adult sized head comfortably and could potentially fit an older child ages 8 and up...that is just a guess on my part.
