Description: For sale is a promotional bank themed piggy bank with slot for coins received by me sometime in the late 1970's from the bank where I worked. Bottle contains on one side the bank's name "Delaware Trust Company" with a small griffin. And on the reverse side a much larger griffin occupying the entire face. Please see pics. Green glass bottle was manufactered by Clevenger Glass Works from Clayton, NJ. The bottle is hand made & mouth blown as indicated on the bottom of bottle. It is a quality glass item weighing in at 1 lb 11 oz. Piggy bank is in excellent condition being never used. Original cork tops the opening. The Bank is 7 1/2" high, 6" wide and 2 1/2" deep. The glass works closed in 1999 and the Bank's name was changed after being acquired in the 1990's. Seller pays shipping.
