Description: This is a vintage Bye Lo baby doll made in Germany by Grace Storey Putnam. It is 12 inches high and has a bisque head and hands with a cloth body. The head is broken in two and one finger is missing. The rest of the doll is in excellent condition. The faint marking on the back of the neck says "CHRIS BODKIN 85 COPR by Grace S Putnam MADE IN GERMANY." The doll has blue glass eyes that do not appear to be sleepy eyes or they are in a permanent open position. The baby's delicate hands are missing one finger from the left hand. The doll is wearing beautiful clothes! It is wearing a blue handmade dress by Chris Botkin that has embroidery all over. It is lined with bloomers made of the same fabric and is wearing white socks.
