Description: Vintage Dinky Toys Meccano White/Cream Daimler Ambulance Car 253 1960s RARE. Item has been played with previously and obviously has some signs of wear as a result of both this and general wear and tear due to its age. Tyres are still on the car but a bit cracked and don't roll properly, but other than this looks in decent condition for its age and still a great looking vintage toy as is or could be used as a restoration project.
