Description: I can’t imagine why it’s not working, but it doesn’t function. Perhaps it could’ve been the way stored. The hair on its arms seems to be falling out. Pictured. Not so much on its head, but its arms. It could just be loose from being stored for so long. Now if you sit and rub it a lot I’m sure you could possibly remove all the frock. Otherwise, it seems to be in pretty good condition the box so signs of wear. It could possibly be repaired. If someone wanted to take the time. Not working, but a really good display piece.
