It is approximately the same vertically. Obviously, there's a lot of flex in the thread, which will allow for different sizes. The shawl style collar is approximately two inches wide and lays nicely on the shoulders. The sleeves are two inches by two inches. The doll that fits this dress will probably need to be somewhat bigger than a Barbie. DOLL NOT INCLUDED! As you can see in the photos, it also has a crocheted white undergarment, which adds great body to the overall appearance of the doll dress. It is truly a lovely garment. I can hardly imagine the amount of work that went into it.
