Description: These Slides were among the equipment used by a university genetic professor in the early 1980s. It is an unopened box that was acquired no earlier than 1962 when ZIP Codes were instituted and the early 1980s when the professor retired. The package is mostly intact (see images) except for a slight tear in one corner (see images) and lifting of the closure on one side (see images). The box has been in storage since the 1980s and the cellophane wrapping is soiled but undamaged except as noted above. The Box bears the following information on one end: “A-1450 * 3x1” * THICKNESS: 0.97 to 1.07mm * 1/2 GROSS” (see images). It is a presumption that the Slides were made the USA. The Box of Micro Slides will satisfy someone wanting to add to a Vintage Scientific Show-and-Tell Collection or Accumulation.
