This antique Harmony archtop is a perfect example of solid American construction with excellent tone and comfort. With a smooth neck, soft body lines, and a fresh set of Di'addario strings, this old beauty is dressed to impress. The action is lower than most of this age, though it does have fret buzz starting at the 14th fret. It is has proper intonation and holds tune well. There are a few cracks on the front of the guitar that have been repaired mechanically but could use cosmetic touch up. The frets have plenty of life left in them, right around 70%. As a slide guitar it would be the perfect accompaniment to a soulful piece of country, bluegrass, or blues. Comes with solid, well built modern hard case with burgundy interior.
