Description: For sale is a vintage Akai AP-A1 semi-automatic turntable as pictured. This unit is in very good cosmetic condition. The cover is intact, has some scratches which are not apparent on the pictures above.The unit itself has light signs of use.The plug and cable are intact without any nicks or damage. The turntable starts spinning as soon as the power plug is connected to an outlet. There is no on/off switch, but I am not sure whether the turntable should spin any time it is connected to an outlet.The turntable changes speed when changed from 33RPM to 45RPM, shown in video above. Please note that no additional testing was performed. Due to incomplete testing, this item is sold AS IS.
