This pencil is in new unused condition, but it does have a scratch near the top of the pencil (see 5th photo) and a tight little crack and some nicks at the bottom of the pencil (see 6th photo); all of the photos you see in this listing are of the actual pencil you will receive, I do not use stock photos.
