I am not a Lundby expert, but I have some catalog resources to help identify dates. Staircase: This is the staircase in the 1974-1976 Lundby catalogs. Light floral design, pink color, probably faded. White plastic steps, long step for second floor rooms. Wide steps were used to hide the hole for the electrical. 19" tall, 3" wide. Please see my other vintage collectibles listings.
