Description: Vintage 1965-66 Barbie Student Teacher Dress #1622 without belt in good condition. There's been a lot of discussion of reproduction versus vintage for this dress. I've received emails discussing both sides, but I still think this is vintage. It has a YKK zipper which is very well sewn as well as the vintage black/white tag. Even on the ebay listings, I see various red and white zippers with & without YKK, but YKK zippers are from the 1960's. YKK zipper secure & works. No tears, correct vintage Barbie black/white tag securely attached as well as inspector tag. I do know there's alot of fraud out there in regards to Barbie items and I appreciate watchdogs protecting Barbie's name. Happy Bidding!
