Description: Vintage working 1960s King Features Favorite GUND Talking Popeye Doll in the original box with instructions. Press the magic circle and hear me talk. Made in Japan. Popeye has a rubber face with hat and pipe. His body is blue and white plush and he measures approximately 13.5 inches tall. You push Popeye`s stomach and he talks! Popeye has small soiled spots on the front and back of one leg, a spot on his zipper and red and white piece of shirt. His face has some soiling but should clean up. Plush soiling may clean up also. Very good color on his rubber head. Takes a C size battery not included. Working condition. The voice does not sound like the cartoon voice but it works. The box has a little soiling here and there. It is somewhat out of shape and one top box flap has broken off but the box is complete and I have the flap. Box has some cardboard color loss, edge and corner wear with a few tears. Box also has creases. Sold as is, no returns. He does talk.
