Description: Vintage 1930's Effanbee 13" Slim Body Composition Suzette Doll Human Hair Wig - Vintage Costume........................................................ Cute Suzette slim bodied, sleep eyed doll by Effanbee with all original painted facial features, working renewed sleep eyes with thick brush lashes, thin human hair wig in curls, excellent composition five part body - jointed at the neck, shoulders and hips. She is wearing a circa mid 1930's green and white cotton dress with working snaps in back, newer "rhumba" panties, vintage pink cotton socks and green oilcloth center snap shoes with unusual buckle decoration. CONDITION: Composition is excellent with only two tiny filled cracks to both inner, upper thighs - otherwise her compo is nearly craze, crack and chip free. Small paint rubs on tips of a few fingers. Working sleep eyes have been renewed and have thick, brush lashes. Excellent fingers and toes. Original human hair wig has become somewhat thin over the years. Strung fairly tightly. Clothes are in good condition - dress has two tiny brown stains on one side - free of rips or damage. Shoes are in good shape with working snaps but one snap has tearing to the oilcloth and attached in a fragile condition. SIZE: 13 1/2".MARKED: Effanbee on back.
