The chain part is approximately 24 inches, and there is no closure it just slips over the head. The chain and gold part holding the copal are both marked 583 for 14K with other foreign markings I could not make out. Total weight of the necklace is 13.4 grams. Vintage item with scratching from wear including a couple chips in the copal near the top, and there are a couple of the chain links that are bent. The copal appears to just be wedged into the setting. It can be moved some, and could probably be pulled out, but I think it is in tight enough to stay while wearing.
