It will add more to the shipping but that is the reality now. Thanks. Wonderful signed book The Thanksgiving Visitor, by author Truman Capote (1924-1984). It has a hard slipcase cover that holds the book. Book is about 10"x 6.5". This was from an estate in Los Angeles. This couple had been partners for 40 + years. The one partner who passed about 3 years ago, was a costume designer for MGM. They had quite the collection and I am starting to post several pieces from their estate including other signed books by Tennessee Williams and Arthur Miller. They were plugged in politically and also in the Hollywood community. Condition: Condition: slip cover is faded, probably from the sun along with small losses and dirty with discoloration. The book itself seems to be in excellent vintage condition with no obvious damages. Penciled in writing in upper corner of signature page as seen. Some fading. Nice strong inscription and signature. Guaranteed authentic. Items I sell are not new. They have been used so do not expect mint condition unless otherwise noted. Measurements are approximate and may not be totally exact.
