Having worked for over twenty years as an academic in the tertiaryeducation, Dr. Katsoni is well-versed in academic multi-disciplinary researchand has participated in several European and National research projects. Herresearch interests include tourism marketing, digital tourism, ICTs and touristdevelopment, special forms of tourism and consumer behavior. She has published9 books on tourism, chapters in edited volumes, and numerous papers inpeer-reviewed academic journals. She is president of the nonprofit"International Association of Cultural and Digital Tourism" andmember of the editorial board of many scientific journals in tourism andmarketing.Dr. Anastasia Stratigea is an Associate Professor atthe National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), Department of Geography andRegional Planning.
