Description: This book is in decent condition, considering that it was printed over 100 years ago. Keep in mind that vintage books will almost always have flaws/defects depending on age and use. Things to consider, written bellow —> The fabric on the outer corners of the hardcover are worn down and starting to fray. The hardcover also has spots/stains that can be seen in the images above. The thickness of the paper used in this book is somewhere between standard printing paper and card-stock paper. The pages have little damage, other than what is typical of vary old books.Several of these pages have discoloration and/or stains, especially around the edges of the pages where hands would have made direct contact with the paper. A couple of pages have had the corners folded down to mark the page. (Again, see the provided images for the pages with noteworthy flaws) The name “Francis Evans” is written in cursive with pencil just inside the front cover of the book. I did not find any torn pages while inspecting this book for possible damages -smoke free-
