The folder has some dents to the front (See 14th Photo), some bumping (particularly to one corner - See 15th Photo), a few scratches/scuffs, and some other surface wear. Folder is also a bit bent, particularly the front (See Last Photo). Plastic envelope has some wear and wrinkling. In short, not in new condition, but the print itself looks great.
