Description: Lot of 2 excellent condition / excellent quality older (circa the 1960’s, lab-printed on professional photographic paper) 8x10 glossy copy photos from the Tod Browning (the Universal horror “Dracula”; “Freaks”; “London After Midnight”) gangster film, “The Big City”, starring Lon Chaney, Sr. (“The Hunchback of Notre Dame”; “The Phantom of the Opera”; “The Unholy Three”), John George (whose career as a ‘little person’ spanned nearly 50 years including his role as Cojo with Chaney, Sr. in “The Unknown”, an uncredited gypsy in “Mark of the Vampire”, a villager in “Bride of Frankenstein”, a cultist in “The Black Cat”, a beast in “Island of Lost Souls”, a dwarf in “The Man Who Laughs” among dozens of other roles.) In our other auctions we have up a variety of horror, sci-fi and fantasy photos and movie memorabilia and happy to combine postage on multiple wins.
