Description: STUNNING GERMAN ART DECO LADY FIGURINE ATOP ORNATE DOUBLE SEASHELL BOWLS c1930's Click images to enlarge Description A wonderful German art deco double shell centerpiece bowl or trinket dish, with full length lady wearing a green halter neck, low cut dress sitting atop the shells. The ornate shells are folded inwards at the rear and decorated with violets and leaves which are highlighted in gold .The interior of the shells have a luster finish whilst the exterior has a matte green finish matching her dress. The young lady, although seated, would be about 7 1/2" tall. The bowl is 10" long by 5 1/2" wide & 6 1/2" tall to the top of her head. The condition is very good with no chips , cracks or repairs. The base is marked 'Germany'. This unusual piece is such good quality that I am surprised that there is no factory mark. Date would be 1920's/30/s. I am pleased to combine shipping where possible.
