The white strip on the left side contains two grommets for attaching to your flagpole. I only took it out of the original bag to make sure it had the design that I thought. I unfolded it and then put it back in the bag it came in. Absolutely perfect with vibrant colors, clean, and has two metal grommets on the left side making this easy to mount and fly from any flagpole.
