I got this from an elderly gentleman that had leftover inventory from his shop that closed may years ago. Hasn't seen the light of day for about 40 years. New Old Stock as pictured. Parts have never been installed. The polished aluminum Model 78 cover is an early version that has no markings inside. The Model 177 backplate is for Super B, early Keihin butterfly and Bendix carbs. This particular version has a dimple that can be drilled out so it can be used on MGL carbs Comes with the hardware shown in the pictures. Also comes with the wire mesh air filter frame.
