They're perfect Halloween decorations, props at a Halloween party or a haunted house. Each building has translucent orange windows. Place behind each building one or two LED tea lights. This will give each an eerie glow from within! I personally designed the tea light stands to tilt the display back slightly, giving a better viewing angle. Additionally, they make it difficult to accidentally tip the display over. Each building is deep black in color with translucent orange windows and white accents giving them a very clear Halloween vibe. Because of their small size they sit on almost any shelf or windowsill and will add a very spooky seasonal Halloween vibe to a dorm room, apartment, any room in your home, or even at the office. These buildings have a removable base which holds a small LED tea light perfectly. I recommend using an LED tea light with a warm white or yellow light to accent the translucent windows perfectly. They are made with PLA filament, a commercially biodegradable eco-friendly bioplastic. PLA is commonly made from renewable resources like corn starch or sugarcane. I create each item using an FDM printer (Fused Deposition Modeling). FDM uses precisely heated PLA filament that is extruded in lines, and layered one atop the other, very slowly building the final 3D model. Each layer is printed between 0.1 and 0.2mm in height and several hundreds (sometimes thousands) of layers make each 3D item. NOTES: 1) FDM printing creates incredibly tiny layer lines on the finished piece and is normal. Some have said that it adds something like a 3D fingerprint to each model made. 2) PLA has a softening point of 122 degrees Fahrenheit, do not leave anywhere it may reach this temperature as it will deform.
