That is right – you need to apply only onecoat of this paint on your home for an amazing finish. The Emerald paintprotects against rain; the water droplets just flow down and do not stick to orpenetrate the paint. Each gallon of this paint can cover up to 400 sq ft area. Therefore, 10 gallons of paint can be used tocover about 4000 square feet. This pain was highly desirable, and we were luckyto get it (hence the overordering). This paints costs over $90 per gallon retail and currentlynot available in any Sherwin Williams location currently; it has 2+ month wait(delivery is still not guaranteed).
