Description: A fantastic SHANGHAI COLLECTION FIND! A finely woven basket/box with a wood trimmed etched lid that has a small wood duck as a handle. Glass eyes, wooden feet, wooden beak/bill and hand painted wood detail around eyes. It has a Beautiful interior that looks like some sea shell material, but not sure on the exact material. 12" wide and 8 1/2" tall at the top of his head. This duck is superbly woven and is still tight and secure.A small part of his wood red decoration around one eye appears to have a small chip. His beak is a bit loose but still secure. Complete with the original sticker safely tucked within the box.
