SHAG Josh Agle "Mini Phaedra" Black Sculpture not Serigraph Art Print Mint Rare

Description: Up for sale is a sculpture designed by SHAG entitled, "Mini Phaedra" from 2014. The sculpture was originally released as part of the Josh Agle Objects collection by Mod Fab Group. This sculpture is a comparatively smaller version of the five-foot-tall Phaedra sculpture (which was only available in Alabaster White). The Mini Phaedra was also originally offered in the Alabaster White color version. The Palm Springs Art Museum and Architectural Design Centre subsequently offered two exclusive color versions: Dark Charcoal and Burnt Orange. This listing is for the Dark Charcoal color version. The sculpture is molded in ceramic bisque and fired with a satin glaze with the elliptical base made from red/orange paduak wood. The sculpture has an inscribed stainless steel ID tag. Though not individually numbered, the original Mini Phaedra was released in an edition of only 33 copies for each color version. No certificate of authenticity nor signed tag was ever issued with the original run of the Mini Phaedra sculpture. The sculpture measures 21.5” tall x 6” wide with a 4” diameter base (approx 54.5cm x 15.25cm x 10.25cm). The sculpture is in MINT condition. It has been stored in a smoke-free/pet-free home since its original purchase and has never been displayed nor removed from the box except to inspect and photograph.
