Description: Just like James Dean's Porsche Spyder 550 Rare Car #130 aka the Little Bastard. Rare Scott Schleh Precision Ceramics (USA) in gray or silver with the same markings as James Dean's ill fated Spyder. Marked #130 for Dean's racecar and Little Bastard painted on back. Beautiful car and while not signed on bottom, the holes on the base tell me this was part of a diorama at one time. Maybe the racecar Garage? See the 12th photo here for a picture of Ken Miles' actual car that this one was modeled after! Most of Scott's work was done in the 1980's thru the 1990's, and I believe this car was made in the 1990's. This is a classic "Schleh" sporty racer type car design. Signed, see pics of all angles. It's roughly 1:43 scale. It measures about 4" long and about 1.75" wide. In excellent collectible condition. A great piece for any Schleh aficionado or fans of classic older Porsche or Spyders or cars from the racing circuit, or just James Dean fans. All my collector cars have been displayed in glass cases in my personal collection, and I am just selling off some duplicate pieces. Am getting a little older, I'd love to see someone grab this who also collects and share a bit of his legacy with others. I have many Scott Schleh cars, and they are all a work of art in automotive collecting. Scott Schleh is a well-known car ceramist and artist who resided in St. Augustine, Florida. He has done many, many vintage and collectible sports cars. He additionally made one-of-a-kind pieces if you provided a photo of the car you wanted him to create. My collection is partially listed on facebook under the page name "Scott Schleh Ceramic Cars" but nothing there on FB is for sale unless it's available here online at eBay.
