ROGERS vintage DYNASONIC 1973s drum shell 5x14 Chrome Over Brass

Description: Can you use this? You are looking at a used vintage ROGERS DYNA-SONIC Snare Drum 5x14 chrome over brass shell. I know this is chrome over brass, and a magnet does not stick to it. The size is 5x14. This one has a Serial number of 54930. Someone etched some numbers and the word artist in the DynaSonic serial number badge. Year is about 1973 give or take a couple years. The one big problem with the drum is that it has no parts. For this reason, I am calling it a parts drum, or repair project. Ten lug drum. Buddy Rich liked 10 lug drums. And Buddy Rich played a Dyna-Sonic. This snare drum would be a great players drum when you get it together. There may be a slight scuff or scratch in a panel or two. It has no bad dents, but one small one behind the throw off holes. It has no extra holes. Photos show most of the flaws. Check the inside shots of the shell. The shell is clean and looks good, but you can further detail it yourself. This shell itself weighs about 3 pounds and 4.8 ounces. If you need a drum like this, don’t miss out.
