This is a 2 piece kit that includes inner and outer ramps only, to restore new progressive smooth clutch release action, balls not included. Unlike "soft pull" or "EZ Pull" kits, these do not reduce the clutch lever pull at the handlebar lever making adjustment erratic or sometimes making the clutch drag and disengagement impossible when stopped at a light. Note: Touring FL, FLH series bikes fit '87-'99, '00 is listed as a different P/N and we have not tried these.
