Description: This listing is for Retro Chic by Torrid - Black - Lace Polka Dot - Dress. This is in good used condition with some signs of previous wear. This has a short liner to it so its not a typical dress. This is a size 16 and 100% Polyester. This measures approximately 47 inches in length, 18 inches in the waist, and 21 inches from arm pit to arm pit. I have included a stock photo of what this dress looks like. Please see pics.
