Description: READ!! Sesame Street Cookie Monster Pop Up Cookie Jar Peek a Boo 1979 CBS Toys . This guy is preloved and does have scrapes and some minor wear. But the main issue is he does NOT pop up when going around. It does not work as it should. He spins in the cookie jar but does not pop up to peek over the rim. I made the cookie jar on its side and pulled him up to take the picture. He does not sit up out of the cookie jar on his own. I'm hoping someone with know how can repair it rather than throw this great childhood memory away. Please see pictures for condition. Thanks for looking!
