Take a look! This tribute oil painting to John Lennon, was the done the year he died. Consideredoutsider art.John Lennon was killed on Dec. 8, 1980. Shown under his head is Yoko, and Sean Lennon. Sean lennon born October 9, 1975 so he is pictured at age 6.The rest of the Beatles- Ringo, George and Paul are painted below. There ia areference to the song "Starting Over" And "9" along with a Beatles banner. The artist has applied gold glitter stars around the Beatles banner as well as redglitter on the letters. and below it. John's head has a "halo" of gold glitter around it.
